How to book your first visit?Our doctors consult at a number of locations. To avoid inconvenience, book a consultation through telephone. Our reception staff are happy to advise you on this.

How to book urgent appointments?Intimate the staff if the matter is urgent and we will endeavor to arrange an expedited appointment. Urgent orthopedic advice will be accommodated, please do not hesitate to contact our team on + 91 6281014838

What to bring on your First Visit?Please plan your appointment appropriately or reschedule if necessary. Prepare to arrive 15 minutes before your allocated appointment time as you will be asked to complete some paperwork. Bring all relevant information as listed below: List of Current Medications, List of any allergies to pharmaceuticals or other, Prior X Rays, MRI or CT scans Copies of Pathology Reports Your Medical and Family History Honesty is important as it provides all the information needed to assess and properly treat you.

When to arrive on appointment?Please arrive a little before your scheduled appointment time as there can be some documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment. It is also helpful if you bring all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth process.

What if we arrive late?We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, however, late arrivals tend to compromise the punctuality of service we are able to provide to you, as well as our other patients. We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the time scheduled. If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule or reduce the length of the consultation or procedure to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind.

Can we ask questions?We want you to feel free to discuss openly any questions or voice any concerns you may have without reluctance or hesitation, as anything dealing with your health is of extreme importance. It is important that you clearly understand your options.

Can we make notes for the question to ask the doctor?It’s easy to forget all the questions you wish to discuss once in front of the doctor. We recommend you prepare a list of questions you want to discuss.

How to speak to a doctor over phone?If you need to speak to any of our doctors, please call the practice. Our staff will provide you with their direct mobile numbers or personal email address. Should they be operating, they may not be able to answer immediately, however they will always return your call as soon as possible or our staff will assist you.

What is the treatment process?Treatment is conducted at affiliated hospitals where our doctor holds privileges or serves as a visiting medical specialist. Following discharge, your ongoing care and follow-up appointments will be overseen by your designated specialist and their team at our outpatient clinic. Rest assured, your surgery will be personally performed by our surgeon, who will also oversee your in-patient care, if required. All subsequent appointments for follow-up will take place conveniently at our outpatient clinic.

What is the fee payment policy?Our clinic caters to both private fee-paying patients and those covered by insurance. You have the autonomy to select your preferred specialist for treatment, ensuring personalized care.
